Office Manager / Operations Analyst

Who we are:

Third I, Inc. is a small, fast-growing information technology consulting firm based in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia. Our team of technologists, MBAs and designers work together to build solutions for big corporate clients. We focus on data, analytics, business intelligence, and custom software development.

What we need:

An ambitious, high-potential candidate looking for an entry level position in the business of tech. Sound like you?

You are resourceful, flexible, positive, creative, and highly organized. You show initiative, attention to detail and follow-up. You are comfortable and confident in a professional setting and you project a warm, friendly personality. You have the perception to see what needs to be done and the initiative to step up and do it yourself.

You are tech-savvy, excited to learn, and looking to use this position to launch your career. You will be asked to wear many hats, but you'll be supported with training and mentoring to help achieve your goals. We invest in your development and ask for a two year commitment in return.

What you’ll be doing:

Yes, you will answer the phone, receive visitors and make sure the office is well stocked with critically important snacks, but you will also have a chance to work on (and eventually lead!) projects that touch on HR, recruiting, accounting, event planning, marketing and sales.

You will catch whatever is thrown at you and work in partnership with some pretty great coworkers to build and run a great company. At the end of your time with us, you'll be well qualified for a different role . We hope it is with us, but if not, we will do all we can to help you get where you want to go.

What you have already done:

  • Completed an undergraduate degree related to business and technology (the two halves of our world) as concrete evidence of your strong interest and baseline understanding that we can build on.
  • Worked in an office environment (internship okay)
  • Repeatedly demonstrated a willingness to raise your hand and serve in a leadership role at work, school, extra-curricular activities, volunteering, and other activities
  • Proven your attention to detail by including the definition of abibliophobia in your cover letter

What you get:

  • Mentorship and company-paid training to support your professional development
  • Great benefits - health, dental, vision, 401k, company paid disability and life insurance, plus reimbursement toward mobile phone, internet and health club membership
  • Competitive entry level salary
